Watch out for galvanized multipiece roofs.

16” on center roof bows
VS
Most other brands use 24” on center roof bows. This is not the best choice for Colorado. Snow load can cave in a weak roof.

1 ½” x 1 ½” tube roof bows

You will be surprised at how many manufacturers cut corners here. They use thin 1”x1” tube or something equally as bad.

.030 Exterior Skin

Watch out for .024 skin. It is very thin and easy to damage.

16” on center wall supports

Most other brands us 24” on center wall supports. This is very flimsy construction, but it’s cheap.

3/8” PakTite Walls
VS
Thin Luan is common among the competition because its cheap and lightweight. Unfortunately, you can’t attach anything to it.

16” on center floor joists

More corners cut… The competition often uses 24” centers.

3/4“ PakTite Flooring
VS
Plywood seems like an ok choice, but its not. Plywood will rot very quickly because its not water resistant like PakTite.
